作为决策伙伴为亚太的汇丰集团成员提供专业的客户资讯分析服务支持。

工作职责：
- 协助设计、开发、维护以汇丰银行客户为核心的分析报告，用以发掘我们客户的金融需求和潜在商业机会，为客户提供个性化和专业的服务，用以监控公司销售以及市场活动的运作情况；
- 为相关流程提供支持，包括数据抽取与探索分析、管理信息追踪与报告，市场活动支持(目标客户定位，效果追踪/评估)，客户分析等；
- 设计自动化的信息技术解决方案以提高我们报告的生成效率和标准化程度；

- 高效管理项目进度，以确保及时、准确、高质量地提交成果；

- 协助改进工作方式，以优化客户分析方法以及相关的流程和平台，更好地满足商业需求

申请条件：
- 本科以上学历，计算机、数学统计以及理工科相关专业（硕士及博士将获优先考虑；
- 曾大量使用数据处理语言，并在此方面具备优秀的技能者优先，SAS 或SQL是与这个职位对应的理想技能，若申请人具备其他的计算机技能 (例如Cognos, Unix, VBA) 亦会有助于此次申请，但并不是必需的；

- 数字敏感度高，具有良好分析及逻辑思维能力，独立、自我激励，良好的团队合作精神；
- 良好的英语口语和写作沟通能力，6级以上，或有同等水平的证书；

- 关注细节，有严格的质量控制意识并且能够在压力下按时完成任务；

- 若申请人熟悉金融机构，有丰富的金融产品知识并了解金融机构运作流程，将会被优先考虑

This is a business supporting role with the vision of providing best-in-class analytics services to Asia-Pacific HSBC sites. We are decision partner.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the design, development, maintenance and production of customer centric analytics reports to unveil customer needs and potential for effective targeting and customer servicing, and to facilitate performance monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives;
- Provide support to relevant processes, covering data extraction and exploration, management information tracking and reporting, marketing program targeting / response tracking / evaluation, customer centric analyses, etc;
- Develop automated solutions to enable streamlined and standardized reports generation;
- Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery of accurate and quality outputs;
- Assist in identifying improvement opportunities to refine and enhance customer centric analytics and relevant processes and platforms to ascertain adequate support for meeting business needs

Requirement:
- Hold a Bachelor above degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or relevant subject. (Master or PhD is preferred);
- Excellent technical skills acquired through intensive use of data processing language,SAS or SQL skills are desirable, other computer tools or programming languages will be helpful but not required;
- A highly numerate, analytical and logical individual who is independent, self-motivated and a team player;
- Good communication skills in verbal and written English;
- Detailed oriented, conscious of stringent quality control and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;- Good exposure to financial institutions and profound knowledge in financial products and operation flows will be considered as an advantage
