A lot of world famous entity established their world class of R & D center in China.
They are so advanced that they are qualified to update international standard annually.

I believe it is an effective way to enhance economic development.
On the one hand, entity needs to horn their competitive edge continuously;
on the other hand, academic world needs a forum to show its soft muscle.
