岗位职责：1 Lead production and quality control of randomizations, analysis plans, statistical reports, statistical sections of integrated clinical reports and other process supporting documents;
2 Perform sample size calculations, generate randomization lists and write statistical methodology sections for inclusion in study protocols;
3 Understand and apply extremely advanced and sometimes novel statistical methods ;
4 Review publications and clinical study reports;
5 Consult with clients on statistical/regulatory issues;

• 学历要求：硕士或以上
• 性别要求：不限
• 语言要求：英语 + 普通话
• 专业要求：统计专业
• 年龄要求：20-40
• 工作年限：2年以上
  

任职资格的具体描述：1 英文听说能力优秀
2 2年或2年以上的统计方向经验
3 在Global 药厂或者CRO 公司工作的经验
4 良好的沟通技巧至关重要;
5 优秀的分析能力
6 优秀的统计分析过程的知识
7 良好的项目管理技能
薪酬福利：

• 职位年薪：20-40万
• 薪资构成：基本薪资 + 奖金/提成
