Organize data as follows
Row 1 - Company 1 - 1997 - All the variables in the following columns
Row 2 - Company 1 - 1998 - All the variables in the following columns

Row 4 - Company 1 - 2000 - All the variables in the following columns
Row 5 - Company 1 - 2001 - All the variables in the following columns
