当前“新新贸易理论”的领军人物之一Pol Antras 2007年秋季在哈佛大学经济系开设的《国际贸易与投资》课程的的完整课件。讲义中既讲授了传统的贸易理论也体现了贸易理论的最新发展，因为讲授者本身就是当前国际贸易理论前沿的活跃分子。

Pol Antras2003年在QJE上的经典文章把不完全合约理论与克鲁格曼的贸易理论结合起来建立了具有企业内生边界的贸易模型，为研究当前如FDI、外包、企业内贸易等一系列国际贸易现象提供了更坚实的基础。目前，以普林斯顿大学Marc J. Melitz为首的异质性企业贸易模型以及Pol Antras的企业内生边界模型被Richard Baldwin等学者称为“New New Trade Theory”,在Helpman、Yeaple、Baldwin等学者的大力参与下，“新新贸易理论”影响越来越大。
