<table class="note" id="comment726650"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="note_td1"><font face="仿宋_GB2312" color="#000000" size="4"><strong></strong></font></td><td><font face="仿宋_GB2312" color="#000000" size="4"><strong>截止到今,“动态股权激励模型”教育部课题已顺利完成大半研究任务,已完成理论框架的构造、模型的设计、应用模式的研究深化和<u>企业、高校、医院、农村合作社</u>四大应用领域分析,在应用对象上结合了企业经营者、普通员工,提出了<u>“绩股”以及“实虚股互转”、“按资分配与按绩分配有机结合”、“模拟股份制切块分配应用动态股权激励模型”</u>等创新性观点,与岗位津贴、计件工资、固定工资、按股分配及动态股权制进行了比较分析,下一步要继续扩大应用对象覆盖面,增加对技术人员与销售人员以及一般管理人员的应用,扩大比较范围,<u>增加宽带薪酬,以及与其他动态激励方式如价值中国网、动态股权分配法、动态分配模型</u>等的比较研究,期通过比较开拓理论发展空间,体现研究价值,引起学术界关注,并借此掌握各种激励方法的主要设计点,明确其激励性所在,为精确把脉企业,以及设计动态股权激励模型与其他激励方案的组合应用做好铺垫。</strong></font></td></tr></tbody></table>
