Intern-Customer Services Assistant (Vacancy: 2, Location: Chengdu)
Job Duties:
l To greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customer approach branch
l To direct customers to relevant Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Tellers desk or answer customers simple enquiries if CSR/Teller is occupied
l To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by understanding customer needs
l To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display
l To back up CSR who is on leave or during lunchtime
Job Requirements:
l Senior of undergraduate or second year of post-graduate
l Good communication and selling skills
l Good understanding of banking products and service
l Good spoken and written English
l Well organized
l Nice personality and presentable appearance
