这两个应该是原文中最接近的了（除非你要引用的是斯蒂格勒归纳的定理）。事实上你的那个引用是有问题的，忽略了一个重要的前提条件就是“在市场交易成本为零的情况下”，而在存在市场交易成本时，权力的初始界定将直接影响经济结果。
