我是没收到garp 关于考试通过的邮件 看看发证书时候能不能收到吧 反正官网说正在审核我的工作经验。

我年前发出的工作经验，到现在还没有消息

你好，我2014年7月提交的简历，GARP回复说审核通过，9月寄出证书，但是我一直没有收到。后来给GARP写了好多封信，都没有回复，请教一下我应该怎样写信呢？

统一回复一下，我找人打了电话问了member service,  让他们给我个邮件回复， 邮件回复内容如下：
The resume is still being reviewed.
We are processing many thousands of resumes.  They are being processed in the order in which they were received and we are working hard to have all of them processed in time to meet the upcoming distribution date. Done on a quarterly basis as soon as your resume is processed, and it has been determined that you meet all Certification Requirements; we will send you an email confirmation.  Then, and only then, may you use the FRM designation.  You do not need to wait until the actual certificate has been received, to use the FRM designation.
Until such time you may state you have passed the FRM Exam and are awaiting the completion of the formal certification process.  You may use your email notice of passing the exam if you need to do so. You certainly are free to use your Exam Pass letter in the interim, which confirms you did pass the exam.
