留学生一枚……公司法作业中有这么个问题，都是关于annual accounts的，应该是公司年报吧：

Do the annual accounts have to be adopted? And if so, by whom and whendo they ultimately have to be adopted?
Do the accounts have to be approved? And if so, by whom?


这个adoption是干嘛的？？下面的approval好理解，单位负责人、会计部门负责人签字啥的，那上面的adoption在讲什么？咱国家有规定这个动作吗？
