投资者倒是很喜欢，好像中国没有优先股，因为发行优先股不是很有利比债券。。除非税法上有某些优惠吧。

Hello 冷思琪, we cannot allege that investor doesn't prefer to long preferred stock. They may or may not, completely depending on their own preference.

You are right, preferred stock is more like debt. For a star-up, it has to distribute 'guaranteed' earnings. However, for an investor really want to make money, he/she may invest in stock. High risk high return.
It's all depends on what you want and what you are willing to pay.

Thank you Siqi, your answer makes sense to me. It is a good option for conservative investors.  You may check the trading total amount of preferred stocks. The low weight may be a reason for inactive status. It's only my guess. Thanks.
