Day-to-day responsibilities
- Incumbents in this role must have a very good understanding of the data business area, the subject matter expert
- Responsible for the single point of contact for data solutions
- Providing pre sales, consultancy on data solutions
- Customer requirements gathering and analysis. Identify and develop suitable data content for products in line with customer segment requirements.
- Manage internal and external client issues in the timely and accurate manner, provide the client retention exercise
- Work together with Solutions Sales and relevant Account Teams for ensuring that solutions provided meet customer expectations.

Skills:
- good knowledge in financial assets like FX, MM
- knowledge on products such as DSS, TRKD-WM, RDRT, TRTH
- Knowledge of various TREP platforms such as RT, VA, TRIS as well as Elektron
- working experience in financial domain
- good communicating and presentation skills
- ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent results
- CFA II/III
