Bot it and unluckily found it is for Excel 2003 under winxp, 32bit. It could be better if the LZ posted this info in his/her post.

Sorry that it does not work out for you.

I kind of remember that it worked out on my Excel 2010 before. Well, it has been a while, I can remember it wrong.
