1. Allocated Reserves refer to data on foreign exchange reserves reported under COFER.
2. Unallocated reserves is the difference between the total foreign exchange reserves in the IFS and the total allocated reserves in COFER. Unallocated reserves include foreign exchange holding of those countries/economies that currently report reserve assets data for the IFS but do not report to COFER.
