一、学习精神
Learning spirit
四月份公司的网站开通了，并且开通了谷歌推广。由于我们的后台同事之前都没有怎么接触过这方面的知识，所以打理起来比较棘手，但是我们的网站运营专员Star并没因此失去信心，而是更加勤奋努力地去学习这方面的知识，不仅自己在这方面的知识有所见长，而且在周会上多次分享他学习到和摸索到的一些知识与规律，让我们大家受益匪浅，附件的两个PPT（网站建设、网站优化）是他在周会上分享的代表作，希望对其他外贸伙伴们有所帮助。
In April , we have opened the Website and Google adwords .As we don’t have any experience about this field before,it’s really hard for us to operate it .However, our operator-Star didn’t lose his heart , on the contrary ,he has been working very hard to learn the knowledge about it . Not only did he learn a lot , but also shared the knowledge and regulations to us on the week meeting , we all gained a lot . Some of his representative works are website construction and website optimization.
二、创新精神
Innovating spirit
创新是企业生存和发展的灵魂，近期我司不仅在产品上有所创新，我们的体制及思想也在创新。新产品鱼箱出炉后，紧接着就是上传到阿里及网站上，所以大家都在积极地收集关键词、产品说明等一系列事项。体制上还有未完善的地方，比如报表的细节、日常的规范，管理层也正在积极思考，想办法去完善这些体制。思想创新主要体现在我们现在成立了团队，是一个整体，所以我们思考问题和做决策前都要以大局为重，摒弃那些自私自利的思想。
Innovation is the soul of enterprise’s survival and development . In the recent period , we have created some new types of products and also changed our system and mind . As the fix box came out , the next step is to add it to alibaba & website .We are searching new keywords , product descriptions energetically . Some incomplete places in system ,such as statement details , daily regulations , manager is considering how to improve this systems . As to the mind innovation , that is we have built a new team ,we are just like a family member . By the way , we should take the general situation to be the first one and remove our selfishness.
三、会议精神

    本月周会上除了上面讲的网站运营同事分享的网站建设和优化的知识外，还有业务员Diane分享如何回复询盘的一些技巧，这在提升我们业务员的业务技能上有很大帮助。会议上最重要的一个改变是增加了一项“一周正能量”的主题，在心态上和思想上有很大的触动和改变，大家由原来的不爱分享变得活泼起来，主要表现在爱交流，遇到什么事情也会主动去商量和解决，还表现在心情都变好了，感觉办公室气氛没有以前那么压抑了，自己觉得不好的地方能主动提出一些修改的建议。以下是这些正能量的网址链接，如果外贸朋友们感兴趣可以进去看看，能否有所感悟。

Besides the former website construction on the meeting , our beautiful girl Diane showed us the secret of how to reply a inquiry which improved the sales skill while sending email to customers . The most important change is that we have added a new item for one week positive energy which gave us much touches and changes , we all loved expressing our views and communicating with each other , the biggest change I think it’s that we all wanna share and solve the problems when meeting something difficult . 四、团队建设
Team construction
四月份我们成立了神斧队，五月我们大家在精心的建设着我们的团队，虽然这个团队还在雏形阶段，但我们相信只要用心去经营，一定会越来越强大。我们每次会议都用积极的思想去感染每一个成员，我们会时常喊我们的口号，振奋士气。极力地去挖掘每个成员的优点，鼓励他们，表扬他们，让他们的优点更大化。本月月会时由Yoyo同事带来了的“狼性团队哲学”的专题，PPT附后，让大伙初步认识了团队的概念，并对狼性团队有了一定的了解，虽然并不是所有同事立刻就能接受这种思想，但我们部分同事已经在心里发出了一个声音：希望我们的团队也会变成像狼性团队一样充满友爱与竞争力的团队。
We have established Holy Axe Team , during May , we were constructing our new team precisely . Although this team now is in the rudiment period , we believe as long as run with heart , we would be stronger and stronger . We use the positive thoughts to infect every Sunfun members during every meeting , we always speak our slogan to raise the morale . The manager has been trying his best to dig our advantages ,to encourage us , to praise us , to strengthen our advantages . When in the month meeting , YOYO shared a topic wolf team philosophy which showed us what is team and wolf team , though not all the members accepted this thoughts , some of us had a voice in their mind . At last , I hope our team will become a wolf team that full of love and competition .
