A good chapter about MCMC

When I want to upload a chapter named " Markov Chain Monte Carlo Methods for Statistical Inference", I am told the file format is not correct.

Can PDF file be uploaded?

There is another approach.

That is I can email that chapter to someone if he can upload it.
