职业发展与就业管理是一个综合管理学、经济学、心理学、教育学、社会学的多学科交叉研究领域，近年来受到广泛关注。2014年由中国科学技术大学管理学院牵头举办的首届会议受到了同行专家的一致好评，不少业内朋友发来信函希望能够将会议继续举办下去。

为进一步加强国内外职业发展、就业管理等相关研究领域学者的沟通、交流与合作，搭建高水平学术交流和国际合作平台，并为相关研究领域的在华国际留学生提供一个面对面交流机会，由中国科学院支持、中国科学技术大学管理学院牵头，联合国内知名高校和有影响力的学术期刊，共同举办2015年“第二届职业发展与就业管理国际会议暨国际留学生学术论坛”。

The 2ndinternational conference on career development and employment management willbe held during October 9-10, 2015, in Hefei, China. Internationalconference on career development and employment management, supported by ChineseAcademy of Sciences, is annually organized by School of Management, theUniversity of Science and Technology of China, in collaboration with otherleading universities and academic journals. The first conference (2014) receivedscholars’ widespread attention and high praise.

The conference, with aneffort to provide a high-level platform of academic exchanges, mainly aims tofoster the communication and international cooperation among scholars,practitioners, and international students working in the common research fieldsof career development and employment management.

Thisyear’s conference is also organized to strengthen the academic communication ofinternational students from C9 League in China.
