I did the search for you, but if you want to do it yourself on prometric, it takes less than a minute.

Click on "locate a test center"

search for "soa", click on the one says "soa/cia"

Click on "locate a test center" again.

select "China", click next.

choose whichever exam you want to take, in your case -- C. Click next.

enter your city in pinyin. Done.
