where is username, password, registration key? Please provide the info.

Download is sucessful but the software cannot be installed properly without the info: username, pw, and reg key. Please provide these ASAP. Otherwise, maybe I installed wrong, please provide explanation.

Thank you everyone.

It seems that I am no luck with this software. I got another error message saying "cannot load the initial page" maybe the computer runs firewall software which block 127.0.0.1. It is so complicated. I added the IP address to exception list but it still does NOT work.

Any suggestions?
