Amsterdam in July 2007. We include a review of the companys strategy and
portfolio, and explain why we believe its current discount to NAV offers a

member-based, non-profit trade association. It was established in 1983. We
recently spoke to EVCAs Chairman, Jonathan Russell, about some of the
