The SAS system is no longer available for Mac OS systems. The last version of SAS released on Macs was SAS 6 and that was released when Mac OS 7 was the latest mac OS. There have been far too many changes to both architecture and OS design on the Mac systems for SAS 6 to still be a viable or practical option.

    That being said, while is it not SAS or SAS-like, we also do have a product that runs on Mac systems, JMP, an you are welcome to download a free trial and try it out at http://www.jmp.com for 30 days. If you have a SAS Server handy sometimes, the JMP software includes a SAS Integration facility to allow you to connect to a SAS server and have access to data as well as submit SAS code to the SAS server and receive the results through JMP via the SAS Integration facility.
