我先注册的会员

信用卡的信用额度少了差不多1000RMB（=150D）,

但是信用卡消费记录却没有，

再要报名考试的时候，却还是交650 ，（level 1），为啥呢

我收到一封主题是“Welcome to garp",里面内容没有说收到注册会员的钱了，只有：
