大家好！我最近报名SAS认证考试遇到几个问题，请求帮助！！
1）我今天发了“学生证明”后收到这样的回复：

To allow us to better serve you, please include this tracking number on the subject line of all further correspondence with us. We will contact you as soon as possible.

我不是很明白他的意思，是叫我继续等待，然后下一次回复的时候使用tracking number？还是现在回复他这个tracking number??

2） 我没有信用卡，能不能用别人的卡代付？？？
