我在文献中看到这么一句话

We used a Fisher's exact test to compare the number of dyads in the same or different communities that had relatedness coefficients above or below 0.25.

研究背景是有n个communities，每个communities中存在若干只鸟，两两个体间的系数从0到5不等。作者想求同一个community中两两个体间亲缘系数大于或小于0.25的概率分别是多少。作者用的R软件，最后得出了如下的图：


我有相似的数据，想达到相同的目的，会一些R软件的基本用法，但不懂得Fisher's exact test是怎么回事，前期应该怎么处理数据。
