二值选择模型，unbalanced data，xtlogit命令进行固定效应回归，出现了

请问这两句话是什么意思，最后回归结果出现了convergence not achieved，请问是什么意思，为什么会出现这种情况
我用相同数据进行随机效应结果不错，但是我根本没法用豪斯曼检验来确定是哪个效应啊。。。。。请大神指条明路，我该用什么方法进行回归，不甚感激！
