请教各位一个问题：本人使用win10 64位系统，并安装了R3.3 64位和java jdk8u92（已配置好环境变量）,现在想安装rwordseg包，在线、本地都试了，可就是不行，错误提示如下，是因为这个包不能再64R上安装吗？
