　　There are many products of off balance sheet activities.( 评：废话，要你说)One of them is derivative products.(顿住5秒)The other is promise of loan. The off balance activites do not show in the balance sheet.(顿住。评：什么破英语，一句话都说不好)

　　师：why do not derivative products show in the balance sheet?

　　我：Because it does not use the money of the bank right now, but it just has the probability in the future.(顿住)

　　师：好了，就这样吧!

　　我：谢谢老师。

　　我的中文题目是：利率期限结构的市场隔断理论。看到题目的第一眼好高兴，因为知道这个题目其实是很简单的，可是很悲惨的是我就是想不起来了，老师从n个角度给予提示，可我还是没能好好答出来

　　英文题目是：IF you pass the entrance examation, what's your plan in the future study.

　　比较幸运没抽到专业问题，可也害我白准备很多公司理财的英文东西。

　　随便说了说，然后就出来了，老师也没再继续问。
