Solution Manual

Alon Gonen prepared a solution manual.

The solution manual is available for intructors through Cambridge’s book site. Press the “Resources” tab here, and click on “Instructor Resources -> Manual”. You will be asked to register and get a password (the password is sent by Cambrdige sales department, who check the course details before responding).
