原来白米饭最早只是日本的贵族——大名和武士能够享用,其他人都是吃杂粮饭的,随后由于明治维新、经济发展让白米饭逐渐普及到城市市民和乡村村民,现在经济快速发展后人们由开始吃最原始的杂粮饭了
