呵呵，关于中精不被认可我已有认识，所以现在考得是soa，请问前辈是在国外发展精算的吗？在国内就真的不行吗？

It really helps if you passed all 4 preliminary exams. But it doesn't help you, if the employer won't sponsor any international student in work visa. I have been in US for a couple of years, but not now.
