我有一个问卷调查，简单描述如下（详细描述在帖子末尾）：

我想分析员工的最期待的不同方式激励，所以设计若干问题，包括性别，年龄区间，工作年限区间，在当前公司工作区间，以及当前认为最能激励自己工作的十种方式。最开始我用主成分分析，性别用1，2（数值型）表示，年龄区间，工作年限区间，在当前公司工作区间均用1，2，3，4（数值型），十种方式分别用1到10（数值型）表示。

我想分析出来的结果是：这些不同的因素，性别年龄这些，对于所期待的激励方式的影响。

但是遇到的问题是，用主成分分析，Correlation Matrix，系数没有大于0.5的，结果不好。

因此我想请教的是，这种问卷调查，我用主成分分析，方法可以么？如果可以，我应该怎么做？
