As a beginner
1. go http://SAS.COM to create a login for yourself(totally free),
2. order the first FREE e-learning course https://support.sas.com/edu/elearning.html?ctry=us&productType=library
    (SAS Programming 1), online course.
3. Download a copy of SAS University Edition at https://support.sas.com/edu/elearning.html?ctry=us&productType=library
4. Follow the e-learning course and practice with SAS University
5. Once you learn the basic SAS, you can find many resources from this BBS which will help you to get upper level
