1.      每周可保证到公司3天及以上，大四保研者优先
2.      熟练运用EXCEL及其他数据处理类软件
3.      有较强的逻辑思维能力和分析能力
4.      擅长数据处理类工作, 有同类公司实习经验者优先
5.      具有优秀的英文阅读能力、较强的英文写作能力和英文听说能力
6.      良好的语言表达能力和人际沟通技巧，高度的工作热情有较强观察能力和应变能力
7.      工作勤奋主动，具有良好的团队精神，能承受较强的工作压力，愿意接受工作挑战
8.      责任心强、工作认真有条理   
9.      精算、统计及相关专业优先
