A stock`s float is the number of shares that are, at least potentially,actively traded. Float is generally measured as the number of sharesoutstanding less the total number of shares held by insiders and othervistors who own at least 5%of the outstanding shares.

市场实际流通量，应该是反映真实市场上的股票流动性，而那些内部持有者和机构大比例的股份是基本不流动的。
