New Graduates

The Trainee Program
The Trainee Program is a two yearlong program designed for young graduates who have finished their studies and are beginning their career in the LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics. It is a preparatory integration stage, giving successful applicants a progressive career path, based on a challenging on-the-job development program in our retail operations.

Special training will be offered including a tailor-made orientation program, on-the-job training, coaching and relevant in house or external training workshops. Based on individual performance, the career advancement would be of all-around experience and exposure to several different aspects of commercial functions before being assigned to a specific post.
