1) This person will help to solicit business requirements to meet customers' needs in China, also can promote our product to China market
2) Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, defining the product strategy and roadmap
3) Delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
4) Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
5) Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
6) Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
7) Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
8) Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
9) Being an expert with respect to the competition
10) Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product
11) Performing product demos to customers
12) Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
13) Proposing an overall budget to ensure success
Requirements:
1) Bachelors/Master degree in finance, or related
2) Strong business knowledge in wealth management or related financial domain, 3-5 years experiences
3) Prepare functional specifications and function analyze
4) Wealth management industry knowledge
5) Familiar with software development life cycle
6) Good communication skills
7) Good written and spoken English
8) Willing to work on a flexible time schedule
9) Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
10) Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
11) 3+ years of experience in a job in the wealth management market
12) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13) Technical background, with experience in Java or .Net
14) Excellent teamwork skills
15) Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
16) Must be able to travel 50% of the time
17) Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
