想了解金融和财务究竟有什么区别，研究的侧重点是什么，就业上究竟有什么区别

My opinion:

Financial management focus on the internal controllership of the corporation, sometimes is related with the accounting-financial statement analysis, capital strucuture, project investments, etc.

The career objective of financial management is CFO.

Finance emphasizes the investment in the financial market by using financial instruments-bond, stock, derivatives, etc.

The career objective of the finance is treasury manager or money manager.

财务是金融里的CORPORATE FINANCE + 会计里的 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING + 会计里的MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING 的混合体。有中国特色，说不清道不明
