I'm now 1st year master in Actuarial Science Major in East coast.
My undergraduate major is life science, biology,to be short. That really has nothing to do with risk or insurance .And I hadn't passed any SOA exam when I was applying.
The only strong point I had is  I'd got finance as my second major, and I finished my bachelor in 3years.
I think most of you r in a situation better than I was.
So I don't think it's a barrier how many exams you've passed or what major are you in. Just be confident with yourself and your bank account. And go ahead~
