As Recruiting Manager, your responsibilities include :
· Developing and growing our client base: Use your proven business development and/or technical background to develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full time recruiting or executive search solutions
· Facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects with recruiting team, stakeholders and hiring partners
· Build and optimize recruiting team, providing mentorship, guidance and career development to our recruiting team members
· Responsible for solidifying GCP’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
· Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
· Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of Business positions. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree required.
· 5+ years of experience working in the recruiting industry.
· Successful candidates will have excellent business development, recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
· Demonstrated track record of building relationships with leaders.
· Chinese language skill is preferred.
