摘要[目的]在对农地流转现状进行综述的基础上,对农村土地流转价格的合理值进行估计,为农村土地流转价格的确定提供参考,并对农村土地流转的顺利进行提供合理建议。[方法]通过对白水县270户农户的调查,分析白水县农地流转现状和存在问题,采用模型对农地流转价格的合理值进行估计。[结果]农户土地流转面价格与估计值存在明显偏差。[结论]市场价格偏低阻碍了土地流转的顺利进行,政府应该为土地流转定价做出应有的贡献。
