摘要：加强技术创新，促进技术进步，是实现企业发展的新思路，也是企业适应知识经济获得核心竞争力的关键。面对国际市场，提高技术创新能力，提高自身竞争力，已成为企业的当务之急，也是迎接全球经济挑战急待解决的重要课题之一。改革开放20多年以来，我国经济高速发展，企业在技术进步上取得了显著的成就，但还存在一些问题。要解决存在的问题，需要在体制、政策、法律、市场等方面加大研究。通过技术进步来创造企业竞争的优势，让企业赢得更大的发展空间。

Abstract: Strengthening of technological innovation, the promotion of technological progress is the realization of new ideas for the development of enterprises, but also to adapt to a knowledge-based economy was the core of enterprise competitiveness.
