依托清华大学经济管理学院严谨务实的学风与夯实稳健的研究底蕴，中国企业发展与并购重组研究中心成立于2016年11月，旨在通过政策解读、学术研究、实证分析、案例剖解等成为并购重组领域一流的合作交流平台，为中国企业走向并购重组与发展之路提供智库级支持。

In November 2016, China Research Center for Enterprise M&A and Developmen was founded under the umbrella and with the support of Tsinghua SEM (School of Economics and Management). The center is dedicated to building a platform for cooperation and becomimg a think tank for enterprise development and M&A by policy interpretation, academic research, empirical analysis and case study.

岗位职责：
1、协助进行课题研究工作；
2、进行研究数据的收集、处理及分析；
3、撰写学术论文/案例/研究报告；
4、完成研究中心其他相关工作任务（参与组织论坛、研讨会等）；
5、与同事积极协作，共同推动研究中心的工作进程。

任职要求：
1、统计、应用数学、会计、金融学或经济学硕士以上学历；
2、熟练使用Stata、SAS等统计软件，擅长编程；
3、数据处理高效、仔细，熟悉美国各类金融数据库(例如WRDS等) 的申请者优先考虑；
4、能熟练阅读中英文学术文献；
5、具有优秀英文写作能力的申请者优先考虑。
