Problem: SPSS 16.0 License Authorization Wizard
SPSS Error Message: "Please run this utility from your products installation folder (echoid.dat)"

Instruction:
Step 1. After installing SPSS 16.0 on the computer, copy the file 'echoid.dat' (extract attached file) and save it into directory (C:\Program Files\SPSSInc\SPSS16).
Step 2. Run SPSS 16.0 License Authorization Wizard and follow the steps when you install SPSS 16.0 on Microsoft Windows XP.
