下面也是无法下载安装，貌似啥外部命令都不能下载安装。郁闷。盼望好人心帮助，请收下我的膝盖。

你看下你的stata里面有没有ado文件，这个文件里面有plus文件没有，所有的外部命令都放在这个文件夹里面。可以让别人发给你plus文件即可
