[size=1.1em]Saudi Arabia has attempted to bring closure to the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi by absolving Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and seeking the death penalty for five of 11 suspects indicted over the murder.
As it struggles with its biggest diplomatic crisis in years, Riyadh on Thursday admitted that Khashoggi had been forcibly restrained, drugged and his body dismembered at the kingdom’s consulate in Istanbul last month.
