肖条军(1973—)，男，汉族, 管理学博士，南京大学工程管理学院教授。2006年入选南京大学青年骨干教师培养计划，2007年入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”首批中青年科学技术带头人（第三层次）以及教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划，教育部人文社会科学研究项目评审专家。他是Elected member of International Statistical Institute,International Society for Business and Industrial Statistics成员、中国系统工程学会青年工作委员会委员以及江苏省系统工程学会常务理事、副秘书长，他也是四个管理科学类国际期刊的编委、一个国际期刊的区域编辑以及一个控制类国际期刊的编委。2009年一篇论文入选2008年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。

1967年复旦大学数学系毕业，1989年在贵州工业大学晋升为教授，1994年起担任贵州工业大学副校长，1998年起担任贵州省科技厅副厅长、巡视员，2005年起担任贵州省博弈决策与控制系统重点实验室学术委员会主任，2009年起担任贵州省系统工程学会理事长。

担任浙江大学兼职博士生导师（数学专业），中国科学院兼职博士生导师（管理科学与工程专业）和北京交通大学兼职博士生导师（运筹学与控制论专业），南京大学和上海大学兼职教授。

1988-1989年，美国哈佛大学经济系高级访问学者；1992-1993年和1999年，加拿大达尔豪希大学数学与统计系访问教授；1996年，澳大利亚昆士兰大学数学系访问教授；2001年，加拿大约克大学数学与统计系访问教授；2008年，英国剑桥大学商学院高级研究教授。担任美国“数学评论”评论员。

主要研究方向为非线性分析、博弈论与数理经济学，是贵州省省管专家和核心专家，已正式发表120篇论文，并有《博弈论与非线性分析》等两本专著与《数理经济学方法》一本译著出版。

1996、1999和2005年，三次获得贵州省科技进步一等奖；1989和1991年，两次获得贵州省科技进步二等奖；2009年，获《1979-2009系统科学最佳论文奖》。

俞教授多年深居贵州，他在非合作博弈方面的成果得到包括阿罗等人的赞赏！当年在哈佛访问时，同在哈佛的多位现在的牛人还向他请教问题呢。现在仍在从事研究工作，是见过的不用手机的极为少见的学者

博弈论学者真的一个都说不出来。对博弈论有积极发展的人貌似几乎没有吧

其实数学家吴文俊本来应该成为中国最牛X的博弈论和数量经济学大师，但是后来改行了，转向了数学机械化~~~（然后就拿了国家最高科技奖。。。）取CNKI搜一下这篇文章就知道了：《试论吴文俊与中国运筹学及数量经济学的渊源》
