这是什么错误，装上matlab2019a不能启动

我安装完成 但是没有办法激活。
crack文件夹里只有netapi32.dll，上面说要覆盖元安装文件，但是安装目录下面bin\win64\里面根本没有这个dll文件，我复制进去，启动matlab 他还是一遍一遍的要求激活，不激活就自己关闭了。

我已安装完成 测试了一下 目前为止一切良好 感谢

surface pro 1, 平板电脑，win10 64

重新安装Microsoft Visual C ++运行库，再看看能不能启动。如果还不能启动，用Uninstall Tool软件把matlab卸载了，把相关的注册表删了，重启电脑，再安装、破解，之后上传的压缩包里有说明，按说明来执行就行了
