萨缪尔森《经济学》中有这么一个描述“By finance we mean the process by which economic agents borrow from and lend to other agents in order to consume or invest.”

我的疑惑是：金融活动参与者既包括了代理机构，也包括了个人，企业等终端参与者，这里把借贷说成是agents to agents，是不是不准确啊，还是我理解有偏差？（agent是代理的意思吧）

另外，如果大家觉得方便，帮忙翻译下一句:“Through financial system the saving decisions of one group of individuals and nations are channeled to the investments of other busineses and nations”
意思我大概知道，就是不知道怎么翻译合适，关键是其中channel的翻译
