摘要：危机后监管合规成本的上升、现有金融体系边界的限制、政策对科技进步和创新精神的支持、人口结构和消费行为的变化推动全球金融科技(FinTech)快速发展。新的进入者进而推动金融业从金融中介向金融和数据中介转变，对金融科技的包容支持和创新监管已成为各国共识。虽然发达经济体与发展中经济体的金融科技发展侧重点不同，监管推进或存差异，但数据和技术的作用在监管中的作用会更为重要，未来监管将更多地倚重于监管科技(RegTech)。关键词：金融科技；监管科技；金融监管；互联网金融Abstract: After the crisis, the rising costs of regulatory compliance, existing financial system boundary restrictions, technologicalprogress and innovation spirit, demographic structure and consumer behavior changes promote the rapid development of globalfinancial technology. New entrants push the financial industry to change from financial intermediaries to financial and dataintermediaries. The inclusive support and innovative regulation of financial technology have become a consensus among countries.Although the key points of FinTech development in the developed economies and developing economies are different, and hencethe regulation, the function of the data and technology will be more important in the supervision scheme, and RegTech will be thecore of financial regulation.Key words: financial technology, regulatory technology, financial regulation
