两个问都是关于存货估值的（evaluation of inventory）.实际上F2中的估值的total cost是指total production cost 。
第一问翻译：单位存货的估值是以（生产）成本除以生产数量。
第二问翻译：明年用于储存完成品的仓库租金将有一个上涨。这个上涨对仓库中原材料和完成品的估值有个什么样的影响。
分析：rent is a kind of production overhead, hence it is excluded from total production cost.

个人建议：我个人做题目习惯不喜欢把题目翻译成中文做，不要什么单词都去追求它中文是什么意思，翻译终究是不准确的而且包含着翻译者自己对它的一个理解。多查查英文字典比较好。
